Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and following countries: Switzerland

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

Shipping costs in Germany:
Standard: €5.90
Free shipping on orders over €100

Deliveries to foreign countries:

Shipping costs in Switzerland:
Standard: €12.90
Free for orders over €150 

 

Note for deliveries to Switzerland: As we ship from Germany, Swiss import tax and a customs handling fee charged by the carrier apply on entry into Switzerland. These costs are not included in the displayed price and are collected on delivery by DHL/Swiss Post.

 

Provision of digital vouchers

No shipping costs are charged for the provision of digital vouchers.
Digital vouchers are sent to you as a file by email within 24 hours of conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, from the time of your payment instruction).

 

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 7 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5-12 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
